You know the saying "It takes a Village to raise a child", it is true and if you are like me who is the first person in your friend group to have a baby, it is nice to get out and meet some mom friends who are in the same boat. Here are some great workout classes, mom meetups, and baby classes that I have attended so far and absolutely love! If you have any classes you recommend comment them below and I will add them to this list!
WORKOUT CLASSES
Zumbini and Baby Step Cardio Classes are so much fun! I have done the Baby Step Class and it is a great easy workout Jasper always falls asleep in the Baby carrier I am wearing during it so WIN WIN!!
MOMMY MEET-UPS AND WALKS
Airdrie has a great group of moms that host weekly walks and monthly meetups. This is a great way to get out of the house without spending any money!
