My most popular blog post is the newborn session I did for my puppy and now she is one year old and I cannot believe how fast time has flown by!!! Lexii is a VERY HYPER, adorable, and sweet little girl. She loves to lay on my chest and occasionally ATTACK my face. She has now learned how to wrap her claw around phones in order to throw them out of your hands so she can get attention. She bosses the other dogs around and hits them in the face if they have a toy she wants. Long story short she basically runs the house. But she does love to cuddle (but only when she wants too) and she gives the cutest puppy kisses (minus the bad puppy breath she had when she was born).
It was super hard to get nice photos of her once we gave her the cake but overall I am really happy with how it turned out!! We of course had to do a pink and white theme because it would match her newborn and 6 month sessions, completing the set!!!
I wanted like a magical wilderness theme and then also somehow tie in the fact that she looks like a fox! I managed to get a cute little pink fox from amazon, which Lexiii DESTROYED within the day! The rest of the props I just had in my HUGE OVERFLOWING prop closet. I got the cake from a cute little pet bakery in Bowness called Bon A-Pet-Treat! Pet Bakery!! All my dogs loved the cake and it definitely looks way better than anything I could have made.
